The latest news is that Astrid will be joining Brendan Perry on his ARK tour, playing in his band:
I will be joining Brendan Perry(EX Dead Can Dance) as part of his band on the ARK tour, singing and playing keyboards. Exciting. :-)

Here’s just a taster:
Her voice is in cracking form, easily driving more upbeat numbers like “Shhh…” or “Hozanna”, but the gentler songs really shine: “Only Heaven Knows” the unlisted track at the end of “Day of the Lone Wolf” album, is wistful and brooding and perfect, as is the beautiful “Eve” from her latest album, “Here Come the Vikings”.
Astrid’s headlining gig at The Slaughtered Lamb was with the band and turned out to be a fantastic evening. Here are some video highlights:

I’m happy to announce some more UK shows. Supporting Kathryn Williams in Feb/Mar.
As I foolishly said i’d play any songs you liked on my last few shows then proceeded to play half of said songs I have decided to ask you which songs you’d like to hear? So I can (sharp intake of breath) practice….
